Shipping policy

Zeniverse Tea Spread and Meteorokie Cookie:

We ship to England mainland only (due to extended time in transit we do not deliver to: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands or the Scottish Highlands and Islands).

We freshly prepare all orders, they will be dispatched after 1-2 working days. You are always welcomed to make a remark if you have any preferred delivery day, then we will dispatch the order one day ahead. [Please note that sometimes Track 24 delivery may also be subject to delays and require 2 days for delivery.]

We post Monday – Saturday (excluding bank holidays) with the last delivery arriving on Sunday (depends on Royal Mail service).

Cake:

To make the best protection of every special and unique cake, we offer pick and collect service at rail station under appointment. After placing the order, we will contact you directly via WhatsApp to confirm the booking date and time.

Pick & Collect is available from Monday to Sunday between 1200-1900, each booking time slot is 15 minutes.

Pickup point is default at Ealing Broadway Tube Station (We can also arrange pickup at station along Elizabeth Line). For any urgent/pickup inquiry, please contact us (WhatsApp: 07749739422) before placing order.

If the customer or recipient fails to receive upon pickup during the agreed time, we may not be able to rearrange same-day pickup service.
