Refund policy

Merchandises listed are available while stock lasts, while cake orders shall be made and confirmed at least 3 days before the trade date.

All product prices and additional charges listed are in Pound (£).

All orders are processed only after receiving confirmation from customers. Full payment shall be settled within 24 hours after placing the orders, or otherwise the orders will be automatically cancelled.

Once an order is confirmed, such order cannot be cancelled or modified; the payment is not refundable under any circumstances.

Items sold are non-refundable.

Should a customer fail to pick up the product(s) at the agreed day, the orders will be automatically cancelled, all charges paid will not be refunded.

For perishable products (non-merchandises), they are not covered by cooling-off periods under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, as they might not reasonably last as long as the stipulated 14-day or 30-day thresholds.
