Yuen-Yeung (milk tea coffee) Cocktail

Long weekend, but make it tipsy.

Last market, when we introduced Yuenyeung to people, many were surprised milk tea and coffee can mix together.
But for us, it is everyday life. A drink that keeps you going, balancing richness and energy in one cup.

Now we take that familiar idea a step further.

Our Hong Kong Milk Tea spread melts into coffee liqueur and gin. Creamy tea body, deep coffee notes, a smooth alcoholic finish. Comfort, but with a kick.

Recipe:
Chroma Hong Kong Milk Tea Spread 40g
Hot water 50g
Condensed milk 10g (optional)
Gin 30ml
Coffee liqueur 30ml

1. Stir spread with hot water and 2 ice cubes until smooth
2. Add remaining ingredients, shake with ice
3. Strain and serve

(‼️Never shake the hot tea mixture unless you want an explosion and keep your holiday busy cleaning. Don’t ask us why because we had tried this before😂)

做法
奶茶醬 40g
熱水 50g
煉奶 10g 可選
氈酒 30ml
咖啡酒 30ml

1. 先將茶醬加熱水同冰攪勻
2. 再加入其他材料搖勻
3. 隔冰享用

(千祈唔好Shake熱茶醬,除非你想爆炸慢慢抹廚房keep your holiday busy。唔好問我原理但我哋試過🥲)
